Paranormal mystery author to speak at Ansonia Library

ANSONIA - The Ansonia Library will host William J. Hall, author of “The Haunted House Diaries: The True Story of A Quiet Connecticut Town in the Center of a Paranormal Mystery” at 6 p.m. Dec. 8

In this unprecedented work, the story of the 1974 Bridgeport, Ct. poltergeist is at last revealed.
A crowd of more than 2,000 onlookers gathered.
National media reported jumping furniture, floating refrigerators, and attacking entities.

Decades after the publicity quieted, more than 40 hours of never-before released interviews with police officers, firefighters, and others tell the story as it actually unfolded.

Hall is the author of the paranormal bestseller The World’s Most Haunted House: The True Story of the Bridgeport Poltergeist on Lindley Street, and also The Haunted House Diaries: The True Story of a Quiet Connecticut Town at the Center of a Paranormal Mystery.
Hall is an experienced researcher of the unexplained, from folklore and urban legend to fortune telling, the pyramids, and is an active investigator of the paranormal.

The library is at 53 S. Cliff St.

This is a press release from Mary Ann Capone, Director, Ansonia Library.
