DERBY - Mayor Anita Dugatto has joined with United Illuminating Co. and Home Depot to urge residents to participate in the 'Great Light Bulb Exchange' from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday at Home Depot, 117 Main St.
The goal is to promote energy efficiency.
