Shelton Clean-Up Project to focus on Pootatuck Place Sunday



SHELTON - Spring your clocks forward with Shelton Clean-Up Project volunteers from 4:30-6:30 p.m this Sunday, March 10 and celebrate with the group's first clean-up of the year at Pootatuck Place behind the Shell gas station off of Old Stratford Road.

DERBY - Derby Neck Library offers this free trading card game club on Mondays. It is intended for children ages 8+.

Pasta Night Monday to benefit 2 Derby High School groups


A message from DHS Italian teacher Hunter Bisciglia Sigona:
"I wanted to let everyone know that the DHS Student Council and the Società Onoraria Italica will be hosting a Pasta Night on Monday, March 4
from 6-8:30 p.m.
"Town Clerk Marc Garofalo has generously agreed to make the pasta for the event, so a big shout out to him! This will be a fundraising event for both societies ... the students will be selling tickets at the door. So we hope to see you there."

Congrats to Ansonia High School cheerleaders on Class S state championship


 

Congratulations to the AHS Cheerleaders who won the Class S state championship Saturday for the second consecutive year. This is the sixth state title in school history and the first back to back title. (1999, 2002, 2007, 2017, 2023, 2024)
