SEYMOUR - Seymour Public Library invites you to learn how to make Zucchini Meatballs from 5:30-6:30 p.m. Aug. 3 with a registered Dietician from Food Explorers. 

You will need 2 large Zucchini, olive oil, bread crumbs, garlic, 1 egg, grated parmesan, and the sauce of your choice.
