City of Ansonia shares links for 2025 trash/recycle calendar

Attached please find the two links for the 2025 Trash/Recycle calendar with the A/B Schedule and the street listing link denoting whether your street is on the A or B schedule.

A reminder that trash is picked up weekly and recycle is picked up bi-weekly.

Holidays are noted in red when they delay the pick up schedule by one day.

'Turnback Tuesday' remembers Derby's 300th anniversary celebration

Turnback Tuesday reminds us of the 10-day celebration in 1975 of Derby’s 300th Anniversary.

This is the front cover of the commemorative book that was produced for the event. A 10-day celebration with activities going on every day, all day long.

The Derby Cultural Commission is in the planning process for the 350th celebration in 2025. Derby Public Library has this book in the Local History Room for anyone who wants to look at it.
