Make a bouquet out of recycled paper at Derby Public Library class

DERBY - The Derby Public Library has scheduled another Recycle, Repurpose, and Reuse craft class at 6:30 p.m. March 15.

Ansonia Animal Control Officer Jeanie Roslonowski returns
to the Library to show participants, ages 18 and over, how to make a beautiful "tussie mussie" from leftover scrapbooking paper.
The name “tussie mussie” comes from
the reign of Queen Victoria and refers to a small flower bouquet, typically given as a gift.

Supplies will be provided but participants are also welcome to bring their own paper.
The class also will include information on conservation and animal issues.

Registration is required.
For more information, stop by the Library, 313 Elizabeth St., call 203-736-1482 or visit www.derbypubliclibrary.org.

This is a press release from Cathy Williams, Director, Derby Public Library.
