From City of Ansonia: Ice rink opening postponed

ANSONIA - Mayor David Cassetti is postponing the opening of the ice rink. 

Although the ice is now frozen, the conditions of the low temperatures, high winds and possibility of frostbite, have the safety of our residents in mind. 

Stay warm and tuned for the next opening date.

* The opening had been scheduled for 4 p.m. today.

Update: Opening date is Feb. 17.
