Ansonia resident brings out Christmas lights to lift spirits
Jen Shuart sent me a photo tonight that depicts how she has decorated her front yard on Prindle Avenue following an idea she found here on nerdbot.com.
What a fun way to cheer ourselves up during this new social distancing lifestyle!
Maybe she'll start a trend in the Valley. Stay tuned!

Recuperation journey: Sunday sunset search
I went out this afternoon in search of a Sunday sunset shot.
Bumped into a friend, which was fun, but missed the sunset.
Fortunately I found fading colors in the distance when I was in downtown Derby.

Recuperation journey: In less than a minute

It suddenly looked rather ominous!

Recuperation journey: Snow day + sniffles = hibernating
Stayed inside today, and when I turned on the flood light to see the amount of snow in the backyard I saw this reflection.
I thought it looked like Christmas lights strung on a ghostly tree.
Or maybe not.

Recuperation journey: Photo fun
On Christmas morning I posted this photo of the tree lights reflected on the window with the winter wonderland scene outside.
At sunset this afternoon I tried a similar shot through the window, just for fun.
