Seymour Historical Society to host program about exploring Connecticut

SEYMOUR - Join us on April 24 [at Seymour Historical Society] for a fascinating presentation!
Doors open at 1 p.m. - LIMITED SEATING, masks recommended.

Get some ideas for your next Connecticut road trip. Or simply find out some fascinating facts about our incredibly diverse state.
This special program features author and historian Marty Podskoch, who will draw on the knowledge he gained compiling the book, “Connecticut 169 Club: Your Passport & Guide to Exploring Connecticut.”
He’ll take audience members off the interstate, onto the back roads and introduce them via PowerPoint photos to a wide variety of historic sites, scenic destinations, iconic down towns and cool curiosities. Even if you’re the stay-at-home type, you’ll come away with a new appreciation of what makes our state – and its 169 independent towns – so unique.
Museum will be open for viewing at 1 p.m. and for one hour after the presentation for tours.
The Historical Society is located at 59 West St.
