Derby Public Library offers cooling station during severe heat wave

WARNING EXTREME HEAT CONDITIONS! As Connecticut faces Severe Heat conditions Derby Public Library would like to remind our patrons that our Library is a Cooling Station. If you need someplace cool to relax or a bottle of water please visit us during out operating hours. Stay cool out there!

Hours of Operation
Mon: 9 AM - 8 PM
Tues & Wed: 9 AM - 7 PM
Thurs & Fri: 9 AM - 5 PM
Sat: 9 AM - 2 PM
Sun: Closed

The Library is at 313 Elizabeth St., Derby.

City opens cooling station today at Ansonia High School



ANSONIA - Mayor David S. Cassetti is working with Superintendent of Schools Joseph DiBacco, Ansonia Board Of Education, and Ansonia Public Schools to open a COOLING STATION at Ansonia High School, starting today [Monday] at noon.
Cooling station will be open at the high school, 20 Pulaski Highway, from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. daily.
