The Seymour Oxford Food Bank, 20 Pine St., Seymour has multiple volunteer opportunities.
"We are currently in need of the following help:
Monday or Wednesday or Friday - 10 a.m. Stop & Shop pickup of produce, bread, meat, grocery, dairy.
Wednesday - 9 a.m. Big Y (Derby) pickup of produce and bread.
Tuesday - 9-10:30 a.m. at the food bank to carry groceries upstairs to our clients' cars
Monday and/or Wednesday - 9 a.m. at the food bank to pack meat bags for clients
Monday - Thursday (substitute) - 9 a.m.-1 p.m. at the food bank for office work (scheduling, answering phone)
