Seymour Public Library to show 'Barbie' movie Friday


DERBY - Join us at Seymour Public Library in the lower level auditorium at 10:30 a.m. Friday to watch a movie! Light refreshments will be served.
The Library is at 46 Church St.
We'll be showing "Barbie" starring Margot Robbie, Ryan Gosling, and Issa Rae. It is rated PG-13 and its duration is 1 hour, 54 minutes. 
Summary: Barbie and Ken are having the time of their lives in the colorful and seemingly perfect world of Barbie Land. 
However, when they get a chance to go to the real world, they soon discover the joys and perils of living among humans.

Derby Public Library offers tech assistance, resume help


 

Danielczuk honored for half-century of service to Ansonia


ANSONIA - Congratulations to Police Commissioner Peter Danielczuk who was honored by Mayor David Cassetti today [Wednesday] for his 50 years of service to the City of Ansonia.

Commissioner Danielczuk started his service to the City of Ansonia in 1973. He served on the Board of Aldermen and numerous other commissions before being appointed to the Police Commission.
Mayor Cassetti also presented Commissioner Danielczuk with a key to the city. Thank you for your service Commissioner Danielczuk.
