Derby Police Department congratulates, welcomes new officer


The Derby Police Department is excited to announce the swearing-in of our newest recruit officer, Kyle Frappier!

Police Commissioners Tom DeGennaro, Tom Lenart, and Mike Gloade have approved Chief Todd's recommendation to hire Officer Frappier. He will begin his training at Milford’s Police Academy next week.

Please join us in congratulating Officer Frappier and welcoming him to both the Police Department and the City of Derby!

Ansonia Police Department welcomes 3 new officers

ANSONIA - Congratulations to Spencer Suttile, Elizabeth Coen and Roland Molsick who were recently sworn in as police officers by Mayor David Cassetti for the Ansonia Police Department.

Spencer and Elizabeth are currently attending the Police Academy in Meriden and Roland begins the Police Academy at the Milford Police Department this week.
