Seymour Public Library to present ghostly program

SEYMOUR -The Seymour Public Library will host a free program, When Ghosts Appear, History Speaks, at 6:30 p.m. Oct. 20.

The event is presented by the Northeast Paranormal Investigation Society.

The NPIS is an established, Connecticut-based paranormal investigations team which conducts research and scientific investigations of historic venues throughout the Northeast region of the United States.

The team will present some of their most interesting cases.
