'Ten Minutes to Midnight' on tap Oct. 10 at drive-in at Warsaw Park in Ansonia

"We're partnering with Mainframe Pictures and our pals at the City of Ansonia (along with their 40 foot screen), to bring you a screening of the brand new film 'Ten Minutes to Midnight' starring Caroline Williams ('The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2'), Nicole Kang ('Batwoman'), Alice Kremelberg ('Orange is the New Black'), Adam Weppler ('Long Lost') and Nicholas Tucci ('You're Next') at Warsaw Park in Ansonia! 

"Caroline Williams will be there in person taking "socially distanced" pics and signing autographs!"

The event is hosted by Connecticut Cult Classics and the City of Ansonia. It will run from 7-10 p.m. Oct. 10 at Warsaw Park, 119 Pulaski Highway, Ansonia.

Derby Public Library slates STEAM Ahead virtual workshop

DERBY - Derby Public Library will host a STEAM Ahead virtual Water Science Workshop at 10 a.m. Oct. 16.

This special STEAM Ahead story time will have the participation of the South Central CT Regional Water Authority which invites children ages 3-7 for this fun completely virtual educational workshop: Oozing Obleck! 

Kids, with adult supervision, will have some slime fun experimenting with Oblecks and water in various ways.
