'Turnback Tuesday' features classic cars parked in Derby

Turnback Tuesday highlights the classics ... classic cars that is.
These beauties were shown parked in front of Griffin Hospital in Derby.
Going from left to right, the blue one parked behind the bush is the ever-popular VW Bug. The turquoise car is a '55 Dodge. Next, the black and white one is either a '57 or '58 Packard/Studebaker, which has features from both vehicles since the two companies merged in '57.
The blue and white one is a '55 Chevy, the orange and black one is a '56 Pontiac and last, but not least, the yellow one is a '53 Pontiac.
Thanks to Pete Seaholm for his auto expertise.

Thanks as always to the Derby Public Library staff for sharing interesting local history each week.
