Derby snow parking ban goes into effect at midnight

Snow parking ban beginning at midnight

Per City of Derby ordinance, when it is snowing or snow is forecasted, vehicles must be parked on the EVEN-numbered side of the street (where allowable).

This allows Public Works crews to properly plow and clear roadways. Those in violation are subject to a $50 fine as well as having your vehicle towed.

✅ Free Snow Event Parking:
The Thompson Place Parking Garage is free to use during snow events.
