DERBY - The Derby Public Library has scheduled a holiday cooking demonstration at 6:30 p.m. Nov. 30.
The topic will be Say Cheese for the Holidays!
Stacey Ference of Savour Catering will offer some new recipes for their holiday entertaining, using everyone's favorite ingredient: cheese.
There will be samples of all demonstrated foods.
The class is for ages 18 years and older.
Registration is required.
