DERBY -The Derby Public Library will hold a Winter Wellness program featuring essential oils at 6:30 p.m. Jan. 28.
Deana Rae, CHHC, CHLC, explains how oils can be easily added to any daily routine. Maximum of 20 participants.
Each participant will make a spray blend to take home.
