Turnback Tuesday honors Derby businesswoman, philanthropist

Frances Osborne Kellogg
This week's Turnback Tuesday honors a Derby local for Woman in History Month, Frances Osborne Kellogg (photo courtesy of Kellogg Environmental Center.)

Kellogg was ahead of her time as she was a successful business person and a leader in conservation.
Her lasting legacy of Osbornedale State Park and home has brought joy and recreation to the people of Derby and beyond.
The Osborne Homestead Museum & Kellogg Environmental Center is open to the public with tours starting in May.

Thanks to the Derby Public Library for sharing this interesting local history.
