In a letter sent to area businesses, Gentile provided business owners with a list of business resources that include financial assistance options, finding workforce talent, renting and finding retail space, registration and permits and much more.

“Helping our small businesses grow is a priority as they make up the very core of our local economies,” Gentile said. “When our small businesses succeed, we all win. Our local entrepreneurs need to know that we are here to assist, support their efforts and help ensure their success.”

Gentile is encouraging any local business that did not receive a copy of the letter and resource guide to call the Mayors’ offices of Ansonia and Derby for a copy
“I am making sure that their offices have enough copies for those who want to stop by to get materials,” Gentile said.

This is a press release from Gentile's office.
