ANSONIA - Join Derby Historical Society members from 11 a.m.- 2 p.m. Dec. 9 for a cup of hot cider at their annual “Holiday Fair & Cookie Walk” at the David Humphreys House, 37 Elm St.
"Visit our gift shop to find that unique, last-minute gift. We have toys, local history books, watercolor prints, soy candles, soaps, historical calendars and an exclusive David Humphreys House ornament.
"There will also be handmade items available for purchase from our talented docents.
"Purchase homemade Christmas cookies from our cookie walk to save on baking time and trouble. "Cookies are $5 per 18 cookies and will be nice and fresh for your holiday guests!
"Parking is available in the lot behind the house or on Thomas Street. Donations are always appreciated!"
