Echo Hose firefighters in Shelton slate spring fair April 8

SHELTON - A Spring Fair will be held from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. April 8 at Echo Hose, Hook & Ladder Company 1 headquarters, 379 Coram Ave. 

The free event is handicap accessible and will include:

* Food/dessert trucks 
* 33 vendors /crafters
* 33 chances to win raffles
* Children's section featuring:
- Touch-A-Firetruck
- Face painting
- Egg activities/Crafts
- Fire safety lessons taught by volunteer firefighters
