Blue skies greet Derby Day goers

This was the scene on Elizabeth Street Saturday afternoon at the city's annual street festival sponsored by the Derby Cultural Commission.

Children enjoyed bounce houses under shade trees on the historic Derby Green.

And here's another view of the stately Sterling Opera House across from the Green.
