DERBY - The Derby 350th celebration opening ceremony and bell ringing will be held from 6-8:30 p.m. Tuesday on the Green.
The event marks 350 years since Derby was named on May 13, 1675. It will include excavation of the 1975 time capsule, concert, and more.
