ANSONIA - Mayor David S. Cassetti officially swore in Lieutenant James Frolish Jan. 26 at City Hall. |
Frolish is a 22-year member of the Ansonia Police Department and his current assignment is overseeing professional standards, accreditation with the state, training, and the Detective Bureau. Congratulations Lt. Frolish.
