My Sister's Place thrift store in Ansonia holding sale today

ANSONIA - My Sister's Place family thrift store at 380 Main St. has advertised a big sale going on today, Saturday. 

The store's Facebook page post says clothing, shoes, housewares, and furniture are all on sale. Hours today are 10 a.m.-4 p.m. 

All proceeds benefit BHcare's The Umbrella Center for Domestic Violence Services.
