Strength comes in many forms.
The Coronavirus has changed our everyday lives. Despite this, we are still committed to providing life-saving and life-changing services for victims and survivors of domestic violence.
The Coronavirus has changed our everyday lives. Despite this, we are still committed to providing life-saving and life-changing services for victims and survivors of domestic violence.
This year, instead of lacing up our bowling shoes, we're hosting a virtual 14-day challenge that will empower your body, mind, and spirit.
The challenge will run from 7 a.m. March 13 to 8 a.m. March 27.
Join The Umbrella Center for Domestic Violence Services for the Strength-4-Survivors challenge!

The Strength-4-Survivors challenge will honor victims and survivors of domestic violence. Funds raised by S4S will support the services and programs that The Umbrella Center for Domestic Violence Services provides for nearly 8,000 people a year.
Each morning, you will be sent a challenge to complete. They will range from mindful, to creative, to physical- with options to modify or challenge yourself.
Complete the daily challenge and post it on social media. Bragging is totally acceptable!
The money you raise in sponsors will go to The UCDVS, helping victims, survivors, and their children rebuild their lives.
