Dear Friend,
With the state beginning Phase 2 of Connecticut's reopening, I wanted to give you a quick update.
Businesses who are part of today's [Wednesday's] Phase 2 reopening:
  • Amusement parks
  • Hotels/Lodging
  • Restaurants (indoor dining)
  • Museums, zoos, and aquariums
  • Indoor recreation (bowling, movie theaters, etc.)
  • Libraries
  • Outdoor events
  • Personal services (nail salons, tattoo parlors, etc.)
  • Sports and fitness facilities (gyms, fitness centers, pools, etc.)
Businesses in all of the above categories have been asked to self-certify with the state.
To see a list of businesses who have completed the process, you can go to this link. Any business on the list above who would like to reopen should go to this link to complete the self-certification process.
Currently, the state is scheduled to begin the Phase 3 reopening in mid-July and additional information on this will be coming soon. To learn more about rules for reopening by sector, you can visit this link.
Remember, the state maintains a web portal dedicated to providing up-to-date information about the state's response to the outbreak.
If you have questions or concerns on any of these issues or any other regarding state government, please contact me at Nicole.Klarides-Ditria@housegop.ct.gov or call 860-240-8700.
Sincerely,

This is a press release from Klarides-Ditria's office.
