Derby Neck Library to host talk on suffragettes in Connecticut, Valley


DERBY - A powerpoint presentation researched and presented by Pat Sweeney on the suffrage movement from 1909-1920 in Connecticut and our local towns will be held at 6:30 p.m. Jan. 23 at Derby Neck Library. 
It will include the work done by lifelong resident Frances Osborne Kellogg, a successful business owner, civic leader, and philanthropist.
