DERBY - Griffin Hospital is offering a free talk that breaks down the ABCs of Zzzs at 6 p.m. May 30 at the hospital.
Medical director of The Sleep Wellness Center at Griffin Hospital K. Marya Chaisson, M.D., will present “Better Sleep for Better Health,” an interactive discussion about what happens to the body during sleep, sleep disorders, and treatments.
