Derby Public Library to host talk on American Impressionism

DERBY - ArtScapades to present “American Impressionism: From France to Our Shores,” at 6:30 p.m. Oct. 29 at Derby Public Library, 313 Elizabeth St.


ArtScapades will explain how Impressionism arrived in America including the influence of art dealers, the education of American artists in Europe, and the formation of art colonies.
