DERBY - The Derby Public Library has scheduled a Scarf-Tying Workshop at 6:30 p.m. Nov. 15.
While most of us own scarves, few of us know how to tie them so they will complement our outfits.
Valley resident Joanne Czeczot will demonstrate easy and eye-catching ways to tie regular, infinity, and square scarves.
Bring along some scarfs from your own collection and have fun learning how to accessorize with them.
Registration is requested.
