Students have fun as they learn at 'Adventures in History' program in Shelton

SHELTON - Students have been enjoying 'Adventures in History,' a week filled with educational and fun activities, at the Shelton History Center, 70 Ripton Road, this week.

Here they are playing a game of four square. Two teen-aged volunteers watch the play.
The teens are part of a Shelton Historical Society group called Teen Time Travelers.

The historic Wilson Barn, at left, and Marks Brownson House are in the background.

The Trap Fall Schoolhouse and an outhouse can be seen behind the children.

Friday is the final day of the 'Adventures in History' summer program.

A big thank you goes to Allegra Villers, a volunteer, for taking the photos.
