Seymour police sergeant wins recognition

Seymour Police Sgt. Stephen M. Prajer, center, received a citation Monday from the state legislature congratulating him on his accomplishments at a recent 10-week training program in Nashville, Tenn. Presenting the citation to him are state Sen. Kevin Kelly, R-Stratford, left, and state Sen. Rob Kane, R-Watertown. A ceremony was held at Seymour Police headquarters.
