ANSONIA - Mayor David S. Cassetti cut the ribbon Tuesday for another downtown business.
TAD-G Fitness Center opened their doors at 386 East Main St.
TAD-G Fitness Center opened their doors at 386 East Main St.
The owner and personal trainer is Terry DiGiacomo-Galla who has over 20 years' experience in the fitness industry.
The new center will focus on women’s fitness with one-on-one personal training, Tabat bootcamp, Kettlebell classes, circuit training classes and other focused fitness programs.

“I am excited about the grand opening of TAD-G’s. This is a great addition to our business community. And it’s great to have a fitness center right here on East Main Street. I encourage residents and others to sign up. Terry will definitely whip you into shape,” Cassetti said.
DiGiacomo-Galla offers targeted programs as well to help with weight loss, building muscle mass, increasing strength and flexibility, and decreasing body fat.
