R.D. Scinto in Shelton celebrates season with Spooktacular display

SHELTON - Come to 1 Corporate Drive for a seasonal Spooktacular Halloween display starting Wednesday. 

Drive through to see scary characters and animations galore! We will be handing out FREE CANDY on Oct. 26.

Display will be lit up from 7-9:30 p.m. each day! We look forward to seeing you there! Children and adults welcome.

'Turnback Tuesday' Facebook memory from this date in 2017

This week's "Turnback Tuesday" features the St. Mary's cast for the play "Out of the Frying Pan."

Seymour Public Library to show 'Haunted Mansion' Friday

SEYMOUR - Join us at 10:30 a.m. Friday in the lower level auditorium of Seymour Public Library to watch a movie!  Light refreshments will be served.

The Library is at 46 Church St.

We'll be showing "Haunted Mansion" starring LaKeith Stanfield, Rosario Dawson, and Owen Wilson. It is rated PG-13 and its duration is 2 hours, 3 minutes.

Summary: A single mom named Gabbie hires a tour guide, a psychic, a priest, and a historian to help exorcise her newly bought mansion after discovering it is inhabited by ghosts.
