Connecticut Foodshare truck to visit St. Mary's Church Tuesday in Derby

DERBY - The Connecticut Foodshare truck will return to St. Mary’s Church parking lot Tuesday, March 12 from 2:15-3 p.m.The church is at 212 Elizabeth St.
As always, no income limits, no questions asked....just bring a bag to receive some food. Next visit after that will be March 26, 2024.

SEYMOUR - Seymour Public Library to offer 20 minutes of stories and songs for little ones under 2 years old at 10 a.m. March 21.

Garden Club, Plumb Memorial Library share Shelton Seed Library



The Shelton Seed Library is managed in partnership with the Olde Ripton Garden Club and the Shelton Library System. 

Started in 2023, the seed library collects, stores, and shares seeds with the community for free.

It will be open March 1-Sept. 30.
Open to the public. No library card needed. Limit 3 seed packets per person.
