St. Vincent de Paul Food Bank in Derby seeks donations

Sharing from St. Vincent De Paul's Facebook post today:

"Our food bank is busier than any of us can recall. This July & August, we gave 24,918 pounds of food to Valley neighbors in need - a 16% increase over the same time period last year - (which was already an increase!) And we are now beginning to prepare for Thanksgiving.

"Please consider dropping off a bag or two to help us help others. We welcome all non-perishables and unopened/in-date perishables too!

"We're open Mon.-Sat. 9:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m.

"Thank you so much for being part of a community that cares! If you need assistance, please call for an appointment: 203-734-7577."

St. Vincent de Paul Food Bank is located at 237 Roosevelt Drive, Derby.
