Raising stroke awareness

According to the American Stroke Associationstroke is the nation’s No. 5 killer and a leading cause of long-term disability.
The Association’s statistics show, on average, someone in the U.S. has a stroke every 40 seconds, and every four minutes someone dies from one.

I have a friend who suffered a stroke at a young age and as he says he's still feeling the effects years later.
He urges everyone to be aware and get checked.
