Trinity Episcopal Church in Seymour to hold Holistic Health Festival

Join us on Saturday for this wonderful event that focuses on slowing down, relaxing and learning about better ways to treat our bodies, minds and souls!

There will be vendor booths featuring natural cosmetics and deodorants, local bee product and farm foods, plant-based eating, essential oils, reiki and yoga, exercise, karate, chiropractic services, and a blood pressure booth hosted by Griffin Health Services. And if that's not enough to lure you in, there will also be free cookies!

Starting at 11 a.m., there will be three events in the hall; a meditation let by Berta from Rajayogini, a Taro Karate demonstration led by Sensei Wojciech, and a sound bath with essential oils led by our very own Margie and Maura.

Please come out and support us and some of our wonderful local businesses.

This is shared from Trinity Episcopal Church Facebook page.
