Derby Historical Society needs financial help in Humphreys House restoration

Sharing from a post today on the Society's Facebook page:

Restoration work being done at the David Humphreys House, 37 Elm St., Ansonia.

"The good news: the girding beam shows tenon holes from where a suspected outbuilding once was connected to the House. The bad news: severe rot has been uncovered on posts and beams.

"The Derby Historical Society needs financial help to get this restoration completed, and the project is not nearly done.
