Join Katie, registered dietitian from Food Explorers, to make Pumpkin Maple Scones!
You’ll need the following ingredients: flour, butter, 1 egg, baking powder, pumpkin puree, light brown sugar, cinnamon, powdered sugar, maple syrup, and optional vanilla extract and pumpkin pie spice (or a mixture of nutmeg, ginger, allspice, etc.). Chocolate chips are also a great addition to this recipe!
A cheese grater is recommended but not required.
