Ansonia ceremony salutes veterans with speeches, songs, essays
The Ansonia High School chorus led by music teacher Maria Tangredi performed Friday at the annual Veterans Day program in Veterans Memorial Park. Gordon-Viselli Post 50, American Legion of Ansonia hosted the ceremony.

U.S. Navy veteran Patrick Henri, Adjutant, Gordon-Viselli Post 50, American Legion, said 22 veterans commit suicide each day. The Post plans to display the above signs in 22 places throughout the city for 22 days.
