Huntington Branch Library offers teens Midterm Survival Kits
SHELTON - Calling all teens! Is the thought of midterms stressing you out?
The Huntington Branch Library is here for you with Midterm Survival Kits!
Registration is required, kits must be picked up between Tuesday, 1/17 and Saturday, 1/21.
*Snacks included are Pepperidge Farms Milano cookies and a Ring Pop, please keep this in mind when registering*

Derby Public Library slates book discussion group meetings
DERBY - Derby Public Library has scheduled two book discussion meetings this winter.
At 1 p.m. Jan. 26 the book will be The Lighthouse Keeper's Daughter by Hazel Gaynor.
Inspired by true events, it is a sweeping historical novel that explores how our past shapes our present, and what it truly means to be courageous.

And at 1 p.m. Feb. 23 the topic will be The Good House by Ann Leary.
The book is a classic New England tale that is funny, poignant, and terrifying. The story lays bare the secrets of one little town.
