Food Truck Fridays in Seymour to benefit Project Purple
SEYMOUR - A total of three Food Truck Fridays will be held downtown to raise funds for pancreatic cancer research.

Lemonade stand in Shelton to benefit Make-A-Wish CT

SHELTON - For the fifth year in a row a lemonade stand to benefit Make-A-Wish CT will be open from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Aug. 18 at 11 Bristol Drive.
The booth will be run by three local teens.
'3 For Faith' is a charity group that raises money to help make dreams come true for children with life-threatening illnesses.
The group was formed out of friendship and is built on kindness toward others, especially those in need.
