Derby Public Library offers Teen Summer Club



DERBY - The Derby Public Library invites young adults ages 12 to 17 to the 2018 Teen Summer Club. 
The theme is “Libraries Rock!” encouraging teens to engage in Maker Space creative outlets Thursdays from 3-4:30 p.m., and Game Night activities Wednesdays from 6-7:30 p.m. 
Registration continues through July 13. 
Teen club members will earn credit for each event attended. 
Participation at two club events and completion of a book review will earn members a $20 gift card from the Connecticut Sports Center
A grand prize winner will be drawn at the club’s finale, a Pizza Party Aug. 9.

Save the date: Seymour Pink to hold 7th annual Pounding the Pavement


July 1st, 2018... online registration opens for this year’s 7th Annual Pounding the Pavement for Pink 5K. 
The 5K is Oct. 6 same place, same route as past years...save the date ...early bird registration will continue to July 31!
