"Week one of training: Jog for 2 minutes, walk for 3 minutes, repeat 6 times.
"Happy training, and keep an eye out next Monday for Week 2 training tips!"

Dear readers,
I enjoyed sharing photos of the sights along Lake Housatonic in today's Valley Voice.
The two photos in this post also were taken Wednesday during a relaxing boat ride.
The newsletter also features a new assistant school superintendent in Ansonia, and more.
Thanks for reading!
