Cast of Beatlemania returns to headline Ansonia's Rock the Valley
In addition to the Cast of Beatlemania, the concert venue will feature The Bernadettes, The Electric Lady Band, and Bob's Fault.
The fun will culminate with a fireworks display!
Recuperation journey: Live entertainment
Listening to live music is therapeutic, and outdoor concerts in the summer are a great way to relax.
My husband, Ralph, and I enjoyed a wonderful performance featuring crowd favorite Mark Lanzieri of Ansonia and his band Wednesday evening at Veterans Park in Ansonia.
Lanzieri sings standards made famous by Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, and Tony Bennett, in addition to other pop songs.
The band, from left, consists of Joe Mayo of Fairfield on saxophone, clarinet, flute, and guitar, Lanzieri, Joe Sullivan of Derby on drums, (hidden from view) and David Scrimenti of Ansonia on keyboard.
Bob's Fault, a classic rock band from Beacon Falls, will take the stage at 7 p.m. next Wednesday at Veterans Park.
