Newsletter highlights Shelton veteran's slideshow at bookstore

Dear readers,

Sharing link here to our latest Valley Voice.

Since Ralph and I were under the weather all week we only had enough energy to produce one newsletter. It features a story about Guy Beardsley, a Shelton native who served in both the Korean and Vietnam wars.

Happy reading,

Patti

Resume workshops
The Library offers Resume “Right”-ing Workshops on the first Wednesday of each month at 6:30 p.m.
During these sessions, participants are welcome to either start from scratch or bring copies of their existing resumes, cover letters as well, for review and optimizing.
Often times a new resume can be created simply by making a number of subtle tweaks versus a whole new change.
The May class will be held May 3 at 6:30 p.m.

Registration is not required.
